Rental terms: The ‘Il Biribino’ consists of a main house and other buildings located on the back; besides agricultural barns and outbuildings, all it surrounded by a fenced garden of about 4000 square meters.

All’interno del complesso si trovano 3 piscine esterne, di cui una piscina per bambini e una vasca idromassaggio. All’interno si trovano 4 vasche idromassaggio, tutte le vasche hanno una temperatura di 36 ° – Se affittare l’intera proprietà, non vi è alcun servizio di colazione, è presente il portiere, che può fornire servizi di pulizia e assistenza. La durata dell’affitto deve essere di minimo 2 giorni.
AFFITTO DELL’INTERA PROPRIETA’ (max 25 persone) casa principale + casa secondaria, non saranno presenti altri ospiti. Alta stagione Euro 5400,00 per una settimana; Bassa stagione Euro 4400,00 per una settimana; Con i seguenti caracteristiche:

- Veranda con forno, tavoli e sedie per pasti all’aperto;
- Cucina Accesorizato con un barbecue, un frigorifero, una lavastoviglie, posate, piatti ecc;
- 10 Camere da letto subdivise in 4 suite, 3 junior suite e 3 camere, per un totale di 25 posti a letto (è possibile aggiungere letti singoli o piccoli letti);
- 10 Bagni con vasca o doccia, e 2 bagni esterni alle camere, uno per ogni piano.
- La zona piscina è recintata e solo per gli ospiti, vicino alle piscine ci sono tavoli, ombrelloni, sedie a sdraio e un bagno con doccia;
- Le jacuzzi interne alle camere con idromassaggio sono semper ad uso degli ospiti;
- Parco di circa 2000mq recintato. I proprietari si riservano l’uso degli annessi agricoli.
